If This Sounds Familiar

You're not alone — and you're not stuck.

Most of our clients came to us scared, embarrassed, and out of options. Here's what we hear most:

CP504 / CP503

"I just got a Notice of Intent to Levy."

The IRS is days from seizing your wages or bank account. We can put a stop to it before it happens.

Wage Garnishment

"They're taking money from my paycheck."

A levy on your wages can be released — often within days — when the right paperwork is filed correctly.

Unfiled Returns

"I haven't filed in years."

It's never as bad as you think. We get you compliant first, then negotiate the amount you actually have to pay.

Revenue Officer

"An IRS agent is calling me directly."

Once you're represented, they have to talk to us — not you. We handle every conversation from that point on.

Tax Liens

"There's a lien on my home."

Federal tax liens damage your credit and block sales. We help get them withdrawn, released, or subordinated.

Payroll Tax

"My business owes 941 taxes."

Trust Fund Recovery Penalties can come after you personally. We protect both you and your business.

Why We're Different

The TV-ad firm playbook vs. how we work.

Most tax-relief ads sound the same. Here's what's actually happening on the other end — and why we run a different kind of firm.

The TV-Ad Firms

"Pennies on the dollar — guaranteed!"

  • ×A commissioned sales rep answers — not a tax pro
  • ×$5,000+ retainer demanded before they look at your case
  • ×Promises results before reviewing your IRS transcripts
  • ×Junior staff or call-center reps actually handle your file
  • ×Takes any case for the fee — even ones that can't win
Nationwide Professionals

A real plan from a real licensed pro.

  • Free first consultation with a licensed tax attorney or Enrolled Agent
  • Flat-fee quote only after we review your actual situation
  • Honest assessment up front — including when an OIC isn't realistic
  • Same attorney or EA on your case from start to finish
  • We turn down cases we don't think we can win — and tell you why
Christopher Bennett, EA — Founder of Nationwide Professionals
CEO, Founder & Enrolled Agent

Meet Christopher Bennett

Chris became an Enrolled Agent in 2015 — a federal license that allows him to represent taxpayers directly before the IRS in all 50 states. Before founding Nationwide Professionals, he spent years in the trenches of complex tax cases, learning what the big-name firms get wrong and what really works.

Today his West Palm Beach firm handles cases nationwide, with a deliberate focus: every client gets a real strategy from a real licensed professional — not a sales pitch from a call center.

"Most clients tell us they wish they'd called sooner. The IRS has more tools than ever — and you have more options than you think. But both have a clock on them."

★★★★★

Christopher helped our family company catch up on years of unfiled returns after a major data loss. Not only did Chris help us through a stressful situation — he had the patience to teach us along the way. I trust him wholeheartedly.

I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Chris stayed with me throughout my entire journey with the IRS. I'd recommend Nationwide Professionals to anyone unfortunate enough to deal with the IRS.

Chris and his staff are great. They helped us with our tax issue and left no stone unturned. Through their expertise we were able to understand the system better and are now on the right track. We could not thank them enough.

Common Questions

Things people actually want to know.

How fast can you stop a wage garnishment or bank levy?
In many cases, we can request a Collection Due Process hearing or negotiate a release within days of being retained — provided you're willing to enter a resolution agreement. The exact timeline depends on your situation and how quickly we can pull your IRS transcripts.
Are the meter numbers accurate to my situation?
They're estimates based on the IRS's published rates — failure-to-pay penalty (0.5%/month, capped at 25% of unpaid tax) plus interest at the federal short-term rate plus 3% (currently around 8% APR). Your actual amount can be higher or lower depending on prior payments, filing status, and whether failure-to-file penalties also apply. The free consultation gives you the real numbers from your IRS transcript.
What's the consultation actually like?
It's a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We review any notices you've received, ask about your income, assets, and the original cause of the balance — and then tell you honestly what your realistic options are. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Can the IRS really accept "pennies on the dollar"?
Sometimes — through a program called Offer in Compromise. But it only works for people who genuinely can't pay the full amount based on IRS formulas. We'll tell you up front whether you qualify, instead of charging you to find out you don't.
I have years of unfiled returns. Will you turn me in?
No. Communications between you and a tax representative are protected. Filing late returns is almost always better than not filing — the IRS already has your wage and 1099 data, and they file substitute returns that ignore every deduction you're entitled to.
How much does this cost?
It depends on the complexity of your case. We're not the cheapest, and we're not a TV-ad firm charging $10,000+. After your free consultation, we give you a flat-fee quote so there are no surprises. If you can't afford to move forward, we'll tell you what to do on your own.
What if I owe less than $10,000? Is it worth calling?
Honestly, often you can resolve smaller balances yourself with an Installment Agreement directly through the IRS. We'll tell you that on the call. Where we add real value is on cases above $10K — especially if there are notices, levies, or unfiled years involved.

Every day the meter runs. Every day costs more.

One free conversation could be the difference between an installment plan and a bank levy — and the meter stops the moment we take your case.
